We work directly with local authority housing teams to match suitable residents with available accommodation. Before any placement is made, each applicant is assessed to ensure they have the financial means to afford the rent for your specific property.
You decide the monthly rent and the deposit you require. As part of the placement process, the resident's first month's rent and agreed deposit are arranged through the local authority. Once these funds have been received by Home Link Housing, we transfer the agreed rent and deposit directly to you before the resident moves in.
We take care of the licence agreement, paperwork and move-in coordination, and we personally attend the handover on move-in day to ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and your new resident.
